As our Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator, you will be at the heart of ensuring smooth inventory operations across our warehouses. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing the input of goods and optimizing inventory organization for efficiency. - Overseeing vehicle stock replenishment and processing returns. - Ensuring accuracy in stock records. Additionally, you will: - Collaborate with the Inventory Manager on purchasing activities and supplier relationships. - Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams to maintain strong operational alignment. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain operations. **Who Are We Looking For?** - Have a strong understanding of supply chain fundamentals (or a willingness to develop this knowledge). - Be familiar with stock takes, cycle counts, and database management. - Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Have strong Excel skills and confident using manual systems. Experience with warehouse management systems or logistics is an advantage but not essential.
