**About this job**

Enabling us to get our brews to market is our Supply Chain team who manage brewing, packaging, logistics, customer services and (this is where you come in) warehousing. As **Warehouse Manager** for our Auckland brewery, you’ll lead the team who ensure the optimal operation of DB’s largest warehouse. FMCG producers in NZ continue to experience challenges with labour supply and global/local logistics, and we’re no different; you’ll find this is a role that requires fast/creative thinking, huge amounts of flexibility, and the ability to deliver solutions. You’ll lead by example, pitch in where you’re needed, while keeping a strong grasp on operational effectiveness, monitoring and reporting.

Proven capability as a warehouse leader will be essential as this is a busy and critical part of our business; we’re looking for your expertise and success in planning and space optimisation, third party supplier management, problem solving and decision making, continuous improvement and, most of all, championing a world-class safety culture where people take ownership of their obligations and speak up in relation to their own and others safety. You’ll know how to leverage technology to effectively manage inwards/outwards goods and storage, and your values will match ours when it comes to people: You’re capable of building a culture where your team feels valued and included, and your referees will laud your ability to communicate effectively and build credible, trusting internal relationships.
