**About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a SAP Test Specialist to join our IT Shared Services team, assigned to the IT Testing Team.

This role is essential to ensure that our customers have the right products in the right quantities, at the right time, to ensure that customers have a smooth online shopping experience, and to ensure that our SAP solution is functioning correctly.

As an SAP Test Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Working with key stakeholders to identify and define the required test requirements, test environments and test scope, taking in consideration integration with different back-end systems/services (SAP, API etc)
- Understanding complex business processes in tight timeframes in order to identify and gather the test data/requirements
- Determining expected test results and documenting them in test cases / automating where appropriate (defined by FSNI Test Policy)
- Developing/maintaining a library of testing scripts and procedures in a way that they can be reused as efficiently as possible
- Continually managing and improving the test repository, making sure tests are up to date with Business Specifications and behaviour of the system
- Working on updating/improving existing Automation test suite, making sure it’s always up to date and that it reflects current business requirements
- Working closely with other members of Agile Development team
- Coaching Junior team members

**About you
You’ll be enthusiastic and passionate about doing your job and constantly improving your knowledge. You will have testing experience in complex projects. You’ll have excellent communication skills as there are multiple touch points across the business.

Must have:

- Functional testing experience
- Experience in SAP (ECC, S/4 HANA/Retail/SD/MM/Purchasing/Inventory and Fiori Apps)
- Understanding of end-to-end SAP system implementation lifecycle (analysis, understanding of configuration and functional design, testing, documentation and production support)
- Proven testing experience on complex projects
- Expertise in testing management practices and processes
- Experience in working in Agile environment

Desirable:

- ISTQB Certification (foundation level or above)
- SAP certification (SD/MM)
- Experience in HPQC/Jira and Tosca or any other test automation tool is highly beneficial
