Ilabb is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic part-time Retail Store Assistant to join our team at our Queenstown location. We are looking for someone who has previous retail experience and the enthusiasm and drive to sell your heart out, think on your feet and use a lot of initiative. You must have a passion for streetwear fashion and embrace our action and lifestyle sports inspired ilabb family dynamic.

You will be the face of ilabb, so you'll need exceptional personal presentation standards and an energetic personality to engage with our customers and the team you work with.

We are looking for a talented individual who will be a valuable addition to our close team. The successful applicant will have the following attributes:

- Superior customer service and sales experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of the team
- The ability to multitask and prioritise
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A natural ability to build rapport with any customer
- A capacity to conduct daily replenishment of floor stock
- The motivation and enthusiasm to join an exciting and growing business
- Merchandising experience would be beneficial
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

This is a part-time role based in our Queenstown store 32 hours per week, Thursday-Monday, with flexibility to work outside of these hours as required at times.
