Afternoon Team Leader

This role is Monday - Friday 10.30am - 7pm with opportunities for overtime.

We require you to be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. On-the-job training is a good way to discover how to do the job better, so you should have willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential as this role requires close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits. This role is leading our small afternoon shift team.

**Requirements**:

- Forklift licence
- Good level of physical fitness - this is a physical job
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work overtime if required
- Team player
- Good sense of humour
- Minimum full class 1 drivers licence
- Intermediate level of skill with technology
- Reliable
- Excellent understanding and adherence to health & safety procedures
- For the Team leader role - Experience Leading a team
- Experience with an overhead gantry crane would be preferrable
