ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Supply Chain Systems Coordinator, your role will see you being a definitive source of network and system knowledge, utilising your expertise to enhance organisational efficiency. You will also get an opportunity to:
- Evaluate organisational needs, collaborate with the Information Systems Team to guide suitable technical solutions, and ensure that defined requirements are met.
- Test solutions and advocate for the network’s requirements.
- Work closely with our super user network to build capability of our systems and processes and create an environment of support and collaboration for our network and document process to ensure business continuity.
- Be a central support hub for our Ballance Onshore Supply Chain, Distribution network and other internal customers.
ABOUT YOU
You have a healthy curiosity for continuous improvement of our systems, technology, proactive reporting, problem investigation and resolution.
While having experience within a Logistics/Distribution/Operations environment is preferred, more importantly you will have:
- Collaboration experience with Information Systems Teams providing business knowledge to enhance suitable system developments to suit business requirements.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems and SAP Production Planning, Material Master, Sales and Distribution, Logistics but will also be taught.
- Experience in a business support role.
- Process development, defect investigation and experience advising on suitable resolutions including UAT experience
- Well developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines
- Strong written, verbal and communication skills - and high attention to detail
