**This role offers a hybrid schedule in our Auckland office (3 days on site, 2 days work from home).**

SUMMARY
To support clients' trainees from enrolment to completion of their NZQA qualification, and report on progression to management and stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interpret and understand client competency and NZQA standards/Qualifications for trainees to meet work requirements.
- Accurate identification of gaps in trainee requirements for qualifications.
- Development, implementation and tracking of trainee training plans and pathway to qualification completion. This includes advising client of trainee placement/travel and exposure to specific works.
- Support Trainees to complete License and regulatory body documentations.
- Support of trainees includes phone calls and onsite visits across New Zealand. Regular liaison with supervisors and managers to ensure correct work exposure is provided.
- Ensure clear information is supplied to trainees and managers about all aspects of course details, and administer training calendars for all trainee activities.
- Meticulous data entry in Trainee Management Systems, and monthly reporting to Management team on Trainee activities and escalation as needed.
- Timely response to all client requests for training and competency information.
- Investigating best fit cost-effective training solutions. This includes sourcing information from various providers and undertaking provider comparison.
- Contributing to annual planning and training budget.
- Monitor available trainee funding and administer processes for clients accessing fundings.
- Reconcile trainee course attendance and provide solutions and reporting on any variance to planned activities.
- Organising all Purchase Order numbers related to Trainee courses.
- Attend graduates celebrations.
- Reconcile all providers reports and liaise with providers on training activities and solutions.
- Monitor industry requirements and changes to NZQA framework.
- Work closely with internal teams and team members, to ensure best outcomes for trainees.
- Actively contribute to quality improvement initiatives/actions - CII.
- Other functions as determined by business requirements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Business administration qualification or a minimum 3 years' experience
- Workplace Assessor 4098 (desirable)
- Ability to travel
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Database management
- Accurate data entry
- Comfortable with Microsoft suite
- Excellent spelling and grammar
- The ability to prioritise tasks
- A thorough understanding of the NZQA framework
