**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in testing phase of the project in order to build skills with the process/system, prior to creating the training materials and undertaking sessions.
- Attend InterSystems provided train-the-trainer sessions and ensure that they fully understand the material delivered.
- Develop content for training programs.
- Deliver training to end user trainees and key users and execute the Training Plan.
- Maintain the required training records in respect of course participants, in particular metric to assist with assessments of training coverage.
- Observe training policies.
- Assist the Training Lead to prepare and coordinate training facilities and materials prior to courses.
- Provide feedback to trainees.
- Assist the Training Lead to ensure timely and cost-effective use of training resources.
- Issue training related communication to participants.

**Requirements**:

- A tertiary qualification in Training or Adult Learning or Teaching qualification, or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a teaching or training environment (within a health environment is preferable).
- Training development and delivery experience in large, complex organisations utilizing various delivery methods; classroom, customized learning events and online.
- Competency in software for resource creation eg. authoring tools/solutions for development and delivery of on-line materials.
- IT/Systems Training experience.
- Experience in working on projects from developing content through to scheduling support.
- Core Competencies - Tech Savvy, Engaging and Developing People, Planning and Organising, Priority Setting, Customer Focus, Results driven, Informing, Collaboration, Team Player.
