Team Administrator

The Renal Transplant Service at Auckland City Hospital is currently seeking an experienced Administrator. The role is primarily general administration and for the Renal Transplant Service and includes some scheduling of patient clinics.
In this role, you will be working alongside doctors (both senior and junior), clinical nurse specialists and allied health professionals, outpatient schedulers and other administrators to provide cohesive administrative support.

Ideally, you will come from an administrative background, where strong communication skills and attention to detail were your strong points. Essential to your success in this role are
- Be reliable, and work well under pressure
- Believe in customer service and have well-developed communication skills
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word and other Hospital systems
- A ‘can do’ attitude with a willingness to go that extra mile
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- An exceptional phone manner
- An ability to work autonomously and as an integral part of the “team”
On a day to day basis you will work with Outlook, Excel and Word and a range of Hospital Systems. You will be regularly challenged by a wide range of tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop working with a great team.
This is a part-time permanent position, working 32 hours per week from Monday - Friday -the specific days and hours can be discussed.
