**What kind of work may be involved?**
- Providing product support to a diverse customer base.
- Some warehouse duties - picking & packing customer orders, local deliveries when required.
- Minor hands on assembly work, heavy lifting required at times.
- Developing customer relationships to ensure the Branch is the supplier of choice.
- Assisting in developing and implementing showroom promotional activity to drive counter sales.

**Ideal skills & experience**:

- 2-3 years’ relevant industry experience.
- Workshop experience would be handy, but not required
- Computer literacy as we used multiple systems
- Excellent communication skills, great phone manner and strong customer service ethics.
- Natural problem-solving skills, a curious mind, comfortable working with blue collar, construction & industrial stakeholders.
- Team player attitude.
