What You'll Do

As our Field Sales Manager, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Representatives across your region. You'll be the driving force behind our in-store presence, ensuring Zebra's products shine on shelves and in customers' minds.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of field sales representatives to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive in-store execution across Foodstuffs, Woolworths, Pharmacy, Oil channels, independents and distributors etc.
  • Developing sales strategies that drive growth, distribution, and visibility across retail and grocery channels.
  • Building strong relationships with key customers, store managers, and distributors.
  • Conducting regular store visits and ride-alongs to provide feedback, support, and training.
  • Analysing sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the team to plan promotions, launches, and activations.
  • Ensuring execution excellence in-store — from displays and pricing to product availability.
  • Jumping in wherever needed — because at Zebra, teamwork is everything.

  • Proven experience in FMCG sales, ideally in a field or territory management role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills — you love seeing your team succeed.
  • Excellent relationship builder and communicator.
  • Commercially savvy with strong numerical and analytical ability.
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable — you know how to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Confident working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • A valid NZ driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
