Production Team Leader

We are looking for an Afternoon Shift Team Leader to manage a small team at our clients facility.

Our client runs a 24 hour operation as a global supply chain partner, providing their customers with sustainable packing solutions. We are on the lookout for an exceptional leader with production experience to manage a small team of 3 process workers, with a focus on health, safety and well being. You will have experience with production volume targets and be willing to assist where required in all aspects of the business.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Maintain running of processing machine
- Managing staff breaks, tasks and duties - ensuring these are in line with minimum targets and benchmarks
- Oversee movement of product in and out of the facility
- Assisting Shift Supervisor where required
- Maintain Health and Safety standards across the factory

**Days and hours**:
This is a** permanent job opportunity,** you will be required to work Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
