**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced **Heavy Equipment Team Leader**. In this role, your focus will be to manage our busy Equipment team and to ensure** safety focus**is at the **forefront of their minds**, this role is based in **our Palmerston North Branch.** We are looking for someone that we can invest in, and we want to be a part of your professional development. In addition, you will be joining a supportive and professional team of like-minded people with some of the coolest equipment on offer.

**We would like to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Significant experience in the Heavy Equipment and Machinery industry
- Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
- Extensive knowledge of Heavy Equipment
- Ability to empower the team to take ownership of their safety practices
- Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing Heavy Equipment
- Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run a productive and efficient workshop
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
