**About the role**
We are seeking an authentic team member to work with the internal Finance team to deliver accurate compliance and management reporting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Assist in developing and maintaining dashboard reporting for all areas of the business to support effective decision making. Working alongside the team you will be confident to suggest new or better ways of doing things to improve existing and create new finance processes. We have an open and honest, trusting environment that supports staff development and believe that this enables us to provide quality client service.

**About You**
- Two years CA or CPA (or equivalent) post-qualified experience, ideally from a professional services background
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence with systems and MS Office suite
- intermediate excel
- Superb organisation and time management
- Power BI experience (ideal, not essential)
- Payroll experience (ideal, not essential)
- Ability to have fun
