**About the role**:
We are on the lookout for a Part-Time Production and Dispatch Supervisor for Will&Able who has some previous experience in a similar role (open to someone with a great can-do attitude towards work who is willing to learn and grow in the role). The role will see you setting machines up for production, filling out forms and handling paperwork, handling dispatching of products, maintaining quality of products, supervising and delegating tasks to the team and a person with a heart for people who will fit right into the already wonderful team we have This job is a highly rewarding one as you work with our friendly staff members and closely alongside the operations coordinator, some great perks include, free onsite parking, working in a close knit environment, chances to grow, birthday leaves, annual Christmas and New Year long and relaxing closedowns. **Key Tasks**:

- Preparing machinery is ready for production
- Ensure timely packing and dispatching of orders
- Running production & filling out required information on job sheets
- Maintaining quality of products produced & dispatched
- Frequent checks on inventory
- Maintaining and organising the area to run in an efficient and clean manner
- Delegating tasks to the team
- Supervision of the team
- Ensuring all health and safety measures are being followed/met
- Physical strength for heavy lifting
- Punctual, excellent time management skills & reliable
- Flexible and keen to learn
- Prefer an individual with some knowledge of a production/ filling line
- A positive can-do attitude
- Treats the team with respect and maintains the happy working environment of Will&Able
- Understands the environment and people that we work with
- Proficiency in literacy and numeracy
