**About us**:
Palmer Bar is a stunning bar and restaurant in the newly renovated West Plaza building at 1 Albert Street in the heart of the city. Our menu takes inspiration from native ingredients and utilises various preservation techniques learned by our Executive Chef, James Kenny, in his adventures throughout the Mediterranean and Europe.

Our team are passionate about great service, we are energetic, friendly and fun, and we love what we do. Along with an amazing outdoor area for patrons to enjoy a beverage or two, our food will be fresh, seasonal and delicious.

**About the role**

We have positions available for experienced **waiters and bartenders.**

**Skills and experience**
- Positive energy; great team player
- Ability to remain on your feet and lift heavy if required
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Flexible and adaptable
- Be comfortable talking to and initiating conversations with our customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to stay focused, positive and charming for hours up to and including the end of the shift

**Other requirements**:

- Have the right to work in New Zealand
- Previous experience in a full service bar/restaurant setting

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

**Salary**: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
