**About the business**

Palmer is a stunning bar and restaurant in the newly renovated West Plaza building at 1 Albert Street. Beautifully designed with ample outdoor seating, it is a unique bar concept and we are looking for open-minded and positive people to join our team who can understand our vision and help us deliver Palmer to Auckland.

Our guests work hard and want to relax in luxury. Palmer offers an exceptional bar and dining experience in a space designed to inspire.

Our team are passionate about great service, we are energetic, friendly and fun, and we love what we do. Along with an amazing outdoor area for patrons to enjoy a beverage or two, our food will be fresh, seasonal and delicious. We believe in working with the best quality ingredients. We have positions available for a **Front desk Host.**

**Skills and experience**
- Outstanding customer service
- Positive energy; great team player
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in bookings/reservations
- Flexible and adaptable
- Available evenings (we are open Tue-Sat)
- Be comfortable talking to and initiating conversations with our customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to stay focused, positive and charming for hours up to and including the end of the shift
