**Position Overview**:
As a Marketing Specialist at PrimePump, your primary focus will be to collaborate with the Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness, foster community engagement, and generate authentic inquiries for our sales and hire operations. You'll also play a vital role in creating and maintaining digital and print tools to support their sales team's efforts.
- Campaign Development
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and create engaging content with external agencies.
- Social Media - Manage social media, emphasise storytelling and expand the social media presence.
- Digital Marketing Strategy - Analyse campaign performance, provide insights. Manage marketing databases and coordinate with vendors for timely materials.
- Website Management & Optimisation - Maintain and optimize the website. SEO and Search. Assist in search campaigns and website optimisation.
- Campaign Optimisations & Reporting - Continuously optimise campaigns to achieve better results. Report on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A digital marketing qualification and/ or a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Profound understanding of content and digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM, sales, and marketing platforms or other CRM and content management platforms (desirable).
- An understanding of and interest in data analytics for research and targeting.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI tools is a plus.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
