We have an exciting opportunity for someone to step into the Service Supervisor position in our Mount Wellington-based Auckland Service Team.

**About the Role**

We are looking for someone who is trade qualified in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and can rely on their training and experience to oversee a varied customer portfolio and provide superior support to our clients.

Key to success in this role is someone who can build strong relationships and further develop sales with our existing and potential new client accounts.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and the National Contracts Department to meet internal and customer KPI's,
- Overseeing the planning and service delivery across our maintenance contract commitments,
- Promoting proactive service recommendations to our clients which will add value to their business operations,
- Liaising with National Contracts and branch customers on jobs,
- Maintaining health and safety standards.

**We are seeking someone who possess the below experience and attributes.**
- Trade Certificate in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning
- Electrical Service Technician License
- Ability to do quotations for maintenance and service jobs,
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills,
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors,
- Well organised with the ability to meet deadlines, plan, and prioritise,
- Driven to achieve results and a desire to learn,
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships both internally and externally.
