As at Product Portfolio Manager in Technology with TWG, you are responsible for undertaking activities aligned to the mission of your squad, bringing skills that are able to support the implementation and delivery of high-quality Software Products & Services within Product Delivery teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Broad Knowledge_
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks, lean methodology
- Strong technical understanding of modern cloud architecture concepts patterns and technologies
- Broad knowledge of Retail Value chain, and related core technologies enabling Buy, Move and Sell and sound understanding of related Customer Journey
- Deep understanding of digital solutions and how to drive maximum value from them
- Broad knowledge of modern integration patterns including event driven architecture
- Technical Skills & Experience_
- Ideally 6-8 years experience in Product Portfolio Management and complimentary roles in Technology environments
- Experienced in development and management of the product roadmap & or vision, working closely with the key business stakeholders in setting the product vision and strategy from creation to sunset
- Demonstrates a passion for ‘product’ thinking and pushing boundaries to create the best possible customer experience.
- Good judgement and commercial nous to ensure prioritization of the right opportunities.
- Ability to demonstrate a clear understanding of customer and business goals to ensure feature prioritisation is aligned to the strategy.
- Ability to determine customers’ needs and monitor and assess market competition, awareness of trends and implications for the product/s lifecycle
- Ability to contribute towards commercial arrangements, budgeting, preparation of Cost initiatives and business cases as required.
- Demonstrates ability to Lead backlog refinement to decompose Epics, clearly define user stories with business value and acceptance criteria, and estimate stories etc.
- Significant experience in managing the day to day work programme for the team based on prioritized work packages, and ability to also act as Technology Delivery Lead for large streams of work
- Experience leading a team in an Agile environment to deliver value based product iterations at pace will be highly advantageous
