**About the Role**

Reporting to the NZ Technology Centre Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of operational and technical service to the clients, ensuring contractual and service level agreement objectives are achieved consistently.

You will provide leadership and direction to your direct reports to ensure understanding and achievement of contractual obligations are met, and quality outcomes are achieved. This role collaborates closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, building effective partnerships and meeting the required standards.

Main Duties include:

- Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the digital services offered to clients and the platforms used to service them
- Recruit and retain a strong team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and values
- Provide regular one-on-one sessions with direct reports to discuss development plans and ensure alignment with organisational goals
- Ensure completion of national and client-specific dashboard reports for operational items
- Monitor SLA volumes and workload daily to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Oversee the development and implementation of operating manuals and training materials
- Ensure your site is compliant with Canon Group and client Health & Safety Standards

**About You**

We are looking for someone with a ‘can-do’ attitude who relates well with a variety of people and can build constructive and effective relationships. You have proven experience in a supervisory role and enjoy managing a team and providing an exceptional level of customer service. Other key attributes include:

- Strong people management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in an operational/production environment
- Tech Savvy - strong systems experience
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Intermediate MS Office experience (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
