This successful startup is seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join their fast-growing technology company. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in the development and growth of their business as they scale up and launch into new markets.

The company is a SaaS business with big ambitions. The team is helping connect people with rewarding work through a suite of established workforce management products.

As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the product roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products to market.

You will also be responsible for gathering and prioritising customer and market requirements, and defining the product strategy for each of our products.

Over the past year, they have adopted a product-led growth model, so this is a critical role in their business. To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in product management, with the ability to drive product development from concept to release. You’ll have a growth mindset and a solid commercial understanding. As a team leader, you’ll have excellent project management and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the product roadmap
- Gather and prioritise customer and market requirements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and high-quality products to market
- Deliver an exceptional user experience
- Monitor product performance and gather insights to inform future opportunities for development
- Lead and mentor a small team

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of successfully launching products
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrable experience in agile product leadership
- A bias toward action, experimentation, and creative problem solving
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, business, engineering)
