As a rapidly scaling SaaS company, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of People & Culture to lead all aspects of P&C.
- This is a full-time (40 hour/week) role, based in Auckland (flexible/hybrid)._

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the entire People & Culture function, balancing both strategic initiatives and operational tasks. You will play a key role in growing our teams and capabilities, driving company culture, and continuously improving our policies, processes and systems. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a highly collaborative, growing team.
- What success looks like_:

- Cultivate high-trust relationships with leaders across all levels, fostering open, collaborative communication.
- Lead strategic talent acquisition and workforce planning, develop efficient recruitment strategies, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
- Implement leadership development programmes, coach leaders, and champion performance management and succession planning.
- Guide leaders in feedback and formal procedures, lead investigations, and manage complex employment relations issues.
- Support leaders in driving and managing people-related change initiatives effectively.
- Provide core people insights & reporting to inform decisions and drive culture & engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement of P&C systems, policies & processes.
- Get stuck in Deliver on all core operational activities across the function
- Qualifications:_
- Proven experience in an HoD role, ideally within a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong track record in talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Deep understanding of organisational culture and experience in driving cultural initiatives.
- Expertise in HR systems, processes, and compliance.
- Strategic thinker with the ability and willingness to execute operational tasks.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
