As the Head of People for Digital and Technology, you will be a trusted advisor to senior leaders, partnering with them to provide strategic, commercially savvy guidance that drives both people and business success. You will lead the development of the Digital and Technology People strategy, working closely with the D&T Lead team to drive strong culture and engagement, nurture our talent, reward and recognise holistic contribution, manage wellbeing and set the foundations for success from a people lens. In this key role, you will help shape a purpose-driven culture aligned with our values, supporting leaders and their teams to solve complex HR challenges and create an environment where everyone can thrive.

We’re here to help you build on your strengths and learn new skills, but in the meantime, we would love to hear from you if you have some of the following:

- Proven experience in a senior HR or People role, ideally with a track record in both strategic and operational HR and change management
- Leadership experience as this role has one direct report and also is required to coach and mentor a wider cohort of up and coming HR professionals.
- Demonstrable expertise in working with assigned lead teams to create and support delivery of impactful people strategies that support business growth and employee engagement and wellbeing
- Depth of understanding in areas such as talent management, organisational development and design, and employee relations
- Skilled at building strong relationships with senior leaders, supporting them in driving team culture and development
- Known for your communication skills and ability to lead and influence for strong business outcomes.
- Confidence in using data and insights to drive decision-making and demonstrate the value of people initiatives.
