We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Cook to join a team in Te Puke. As a Head Cook, you will be responsible for leading a fast-paced kitchen and feeding up to 200 staff members at any time.
- Extensive experience in cooking, including experience in a large-scale kitchen environment
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A creative approach to cooking and menu creation
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A proven track record of developing and implementing kitchen processes

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning and preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling
- Create and implement new kitchen processes to improve efficiency and productivity including FCP and managing P&L's
- Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring that they adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked with the necessary supplies and equipment
- Plan and execute menus, ensuring that all dishes are of high quality and meet customer expectations
