**About Us**
If you love working with a diverse group of people who are all about putting the customer at the centre and enabling choice, you’ve found the right company. The energy sector is transforming at a rate of knots, and we want you to join us and be part of this transformation. Vector is a proudly Aotearoa-owned company, which operates a range of innovative businesses delivering energy and communication services to more than one million homes and commercial customers across Australasia and the Pacific. These services include electricity and gas connections, solar solutions, high speed fibre, BBQ gas bottles, air and water purification and much more - all of which are transforming the energy sector in one way or another.

Because we live in a world that is changing fast, we must continue to identify and develop better solutions that will provide value, choice and service for our customers throughout New Zealand and beyond, so the environment and communities we love continue to thrive. To do this, Vector has a vision of creating a new energy future, which will help to deliver clean, reliable and affordable energy solutions for customers.

**About the role**

We are seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to keep VTS’s multiple clients secure through ensuring security systems are deployed, maintained and innovated within a fast-paced critical infrastructure environment, and proactively analysing security threats, challenges, and risks to their security environment.

We’re eager to support your work/life balance, so this role can be based from anywhere in New Zealand - you’d just need to be comfortable with spending a week at a time working out of our Auckland or Wellington offices once a month.

**Who we are looking for**
