As our Kaiwhakangungu Wheako Kiritaki | Customer Experience Trainer you will design, develop, and deliver training programs that support our teams to deliver great customer service. - Design and deliver customer service training programs
- Strong understanding of customer experience strategies and their impact on business success

- Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation with the customer experience
- Design, develop, and present journey maps that effectively communicate the customer experience and pain points
- Work closely with teams to implement solutions as the advocate for the customer
