As an Employment Coordinator, you'll empower clients to build confidence, develop skills, and connect with sustainable work opportunities. This role plays a key part in helping people move toward independence while supporting MSD's commitment to inclusive employment across South Auckland.

- ; Partner with Case Managers to understand clients' skills, needs, and employment goals.
- ; Coordinate training and supported work placements that build confidence and readiness.
- ; Work with employers and providers to develop inclusive employment opportunities.
- ; Support clients with CV preparation, interview coaching, and pre-employment checks.
- ; Develop and deliver targeted interventions that lead to sustainable employment outcomes.
- ; Collaborate with community, health, and training partners to deliver practical employment solutions.

- ; Excellent communication, relationship management, and networking skills.
- ; Experience in the health, disability, or employment/recruitment sectors.
- ; Understanding of current labour market trends and challenges faced by people with disabilities.
- ; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to identify patterns and develop solutions.
- ; Highly organised and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A full, valid New Zealand driver licence is required for travel across Tamaki Makaurau._
