We are searching for a Reservations Coordinator to join Naumi Hotels in our Central Reservations hub, based at Naumi Auckland Airport. Reporting to the Group Reservations and Distribution Manager, the role is vital in supporting the daily operational functions of Central Reservations and being responsible for handling and processing group block enquiries with bookings for all our properties currently based in Singapore, Australia & New Zealand.

This is the perfect opportunity for the right, dynamic, self-motivated person to join our growing group, and become a valued member of our growing Naumi family.

**Some of what you will be doing**
- Prepare Group proposals / quotes & respond to group enquires
- Ensure all Group Blocks are loaded in Hotel PMS accurately
- Liaise with Group Revenue Manager regarding revenue and negotiating group ad-hoc rates
- Conduct / attend weekly group meetings & liaise with relevant departments
- Monitor guest room inventory for each property
- Prepare invoices and payment for Groups

**Ideally we need you to**
- **Have great computer skills and attention to detail**:

- **Work well in a team environment and autonomously with good communication skills**:

- **Knowledge and experience with Opera v5 or Opera Cloud preferred but not essential**:

- **Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment**:

- **Be well organised and have a high standard of personal presentation**
