**The Opportunity - Te Kāinga Rua**
We are growing our team as we continue to work and partner with Waka Kotahi, NZ Transport Agency and other local authority clients within the bridge management space. Our team is responsible for various assets across the wider Northland region, including bridges, culverts, retaining walls, drainage pits, and river protection structures. As we continue to grow within the region, we are looking for a Bridge Asset Manager to join us. This role is an excellent career opportunity to be part of a market leader in bridge engineering and structures asset management. It would suit someone with a motivation to develop successful client relationships and seek innovative best-for-project outcomes that tread lightly on our planet.
You will be working within one of Aotearoa, New Zealand’s most reputable structures asset management teams managing and delivering a wide range of exciting projects for our established client base. Our pipeline of projects includes the delivery of life-extending strengthening and remediation works alongside connecting communities with new and replacement solutions.
**About You - Te Rongoā**
You’ll have experience with asset management of bridges, civil structures, river protection structures, or similar assets. You’ll also have experience designing repairs, preparing and/or administering physical works contracts for a range of retrofit, strengthening, and maintenance works.
You will be experienced with asset management and bring strengths in project management, client liaison, and risk management. A background in designing or constructing bridges/civil structures or river engineering design is essential.
