We are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient person to join our National Support Office Finance team in the role of Accounting Assistant - Accounts Receivable. Overall the key focus of this position is to conduct professional accounting duties including direct credit receipting to customer accounts and efficiently carry out other accounting duties.

**What you will do**:

- Daily processing of direct credits to customers and bank accounts
- Assist with month end tasks and general ledger reconciliations
- Monitor and analyse data using established finance systems and protocols
- Produce accurate reports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting into the appropriate format.
- Review month-end profit and loss accounts of allocated branches

**What you will bring**:

- A positive, enthusiastic and mature outlook;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High caliber of computer skills, including Basic to Intermediate Excel;
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workload;
- A proven ability to work effectively as part of a small team, and at times, work under pressure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Accounting who is looking to start their career in finance or perhaps you already have a couple of year’s experience under your belt and are ready for your next step?
