We are looking for a senior advisor to join the Safety Services team in the Ministry of Justice National Office. The team manages Ministry of Justice contracts with providers of court ordered non-violence and safety programmes, under the provisions of Protection Orders.
You will be a relationship manager responsible for management of a portfolio of contracted third party providers. This involves contract performance and practice standard monitoring, management and reconciliation of monthly invoices, and provider support. You'll be expected to have regular communication and relationship management interactions with your providers, including scheduled site visits as required.
You will also be responsible for providing coaching and mentoring to others in the team, writing high-quality documents and leading projects as required.

He pūkenga tou/Skills and Experience
- Experience working at senior advisor level or equivalent
- Relevant qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience
- Knowledge of public sector processes, including social sector funding, procurement and contracting
- Experience in relationship management and working with community stakeholders
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills
- Is a team player with motivation to learn from others.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The remuneration band for this role is $94,377 to $131,591. Appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
