**About the role**

This is your opportunity to join our customer excellence team in a role that supports the scoping and takes ownership of the contracting of a large volume of technically and commercially-complex customer-initiated projects, where you’ll provide sound commercial advice.

You’ll support the Customer Contracts team with contract queries, and act as a point of contact between the Customer Contracts team and the Legal team.

You’ll also work with new and existing industrial, commercial and residential customers, establishing their requirements, developing the scope and agreeing commercial terms to enable delivery by our customer programme team. You’ll also manage project risk and maintain accurate, up to date project records.

**Who we are looking for**
- You’ll be familiar with commercial contract principles, with experience leading customer/project engagements in complex environments
- Project coordination experience is essential; experience gained within the energy sector is highly advantageous
- You’ll provide continuing support to customers through your stakeholder management throughout the project cycle - eg legal and contracting issues; complex coordination; incident investigations and reporting; and complex stakeholder management
- You’ll have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels and from a range of disciplines
- You’ll be highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of motivation, initiative and enthusiasm.
