**About our Graduate Program**
Verbrec offers its Graduates a flexible 2-year program that will develop you both technically and professionally. We give you the tools and support you need towards becoming an engineer and attaining your professional recognition.
The program integrates a mix of hands on and structured learning through;
- Individual mentors and a structured learning program,
- Access to our e-learning portal with a variety of courses available at your fingertips,
- Emerging professional membership with Engineering NZ,
- Access to external training, lunch and learns and conferences,
- Site visits and opportunities for sited based placements,
- Tools and technical training steered towards your professional development.
Our Finite Element Analysis software and 3D scanning hardware allows us to assess possible integrity concerns for clients. We also have a good mix of project lifecycle experience, ranging from concept studies through to construction and maintenance which is led by our site-based team of Integrity Technicians.

Our New Plymouth team is a leading engineering consultancy and integrity service provider in Taranaki, seeing growth across New Zealand and internationally.
We are a passionate team, working in an enviable location, close enough to the beach for a lunch time walk or swim.
