As Tapi expands its offering and scales globally, the technology team will play a crucial role in Tapi’s success. Tapi is on the hunt for a Backend Developer to join our team. You will build a wide range of disruptive and innovative products for the Property Management market.

Being a Back-end developer in our team, you will work on exciting challenges that come with large-scale data processing, automation, and analytics. You will be highly empowered and work in an agile and collaborative team.

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced engineers who are able to own aspects of the technical process and assist in the development of the team as a whole. You’ll be measured by your ability to support our goals to drive growth in properties and the average revenue per property, with scalable, reliable and innovative solutions.

**Requirements**:
What you’ll do:

- Write elegant, efficient, and testable code that is easy to maintain and debug
- You will problem solve, design, implement, test, and help other teams integrate new tools.
- Work on the infrastructure part of projects, collaborating with the wider product team.
- Cover code with tests and perform manual testing of features, while reviewing the work of colleagues
- You will maintain microservices that are in use across the whole Engineering departments.

Technical experience:

- Knowledge of Elixir/OTP and Phoenix Framework (or working experience in another language & framework and willingness to learn Elixir fast)
- Feeling at home with relational databases such as MySQL or Postgres.
- Ability to write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code
- Would also be helpful to have experience with cloud deployment using AWS, GCP or Azure
