We don’t shy away from having a good open discussion if we have different points of view.- Does this sound like you?- Your responsibilities?- Work in Hectre’s Spectre Team to build and maintain the Spectre ML platform, flow and Spectre backend- Build new (mostly) CI/CD and product features- Write robust and quality code in Python- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of your projects- Maintain good communication with the team- You will manage your own projects- Work closely with other members of the RnD and development team- Guide and mentor other members of the development team- Share your ideas and participate in group discussions- Assist with our customers inquiries and problems- Your skills?- You are confident to design and implement cloud solutions (AWS) and MLOps pipelines- Experience in using popular MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow or SageMarker’s eco tools- You have rich experiences using CI/CD, building infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deploying container orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes) in commercial projects- You have a strong Python programming experience using best backend pattern practices- You are not a DB admin but you have enough experience structure and unstructure DB- You are familiar with test fixture, test case, test suite with unit-test frameworks such as Pytest, Unittest- You know how to communicate with a team, how to push back, how to share your opinion and follow through on your commitments- You believe in creating robust processes to minimize downtime and rework- You are independent and take responsibility for the quality of your code- You have got passion and enthusiasm and are eager to learn new things- What You’ll Be Expected To Work Towards (with support from our team)- Deploying AWS MLOps, DevOps and AWS cloud services- Spectre backend flow and new features- Bonus Skills/Nice To Haves:
