**About this role**

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and inspiring Customer Service Representative to join our small and vibrant Contact Centre on a fixed-term contract, until December 2026.

Our contact centre is open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, and works out of our lovely building in Laings Rd, Lower Hutt, close to cafes and Queensgate.

**What you'll do**

No two days are the same, you'll receive a real variety of requests, questions and feedback from a diverse range of people.
