**The Role**:

- As a front line representative, you will be focused on ensuring that we exceed customer's service expectations, ensure the customer walks out the door with a smile.
- A genuine desire to help and up-sell, and be willing to help out with anything and everything
- You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where it's all about multi-tasking to get the job done
- You are positive and professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer every time
- You relate well to all kinds of people, listen attentively, and can hone in on the most important issues

This position focuses on all aspects of:

- Front line assistance
- Sales through multiple channels
- Managing customer queries
- Managing escalations
- Answering phone calls
- General maintenance of the showroom
- Daily administration

We are looking for a person with proven reliability and the right attitude and will have:

- Be Vibrant and Bubbly
- Proven experience in customer service
- Sales driven experience
- A high degree of accuracy and good with details

Applicants for this position must have NZ Residency or a valid NZ Work Visa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
