We’re looking for Payroll Coordinators to join our Payroll team here in Aotearoa.

Joining our Payroll team you’ll take accountability for delivering high quality, accurate and timely payroll services to Woolworths NZ. You will be a part of our Payroll Experience Transformation programme where you will bring your customer service experience and know your way around systems. Payroll transformation is no easy task and you’ll be part of the team ensuring our payroll operations are efficient, accurate and timely

**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
- Assisting with customer queries for our tranformation programmes
- Understanding the concepts and logging tickets
- Delivery of key customer requirements and process / system changes

**About You | Mōu
To succeed in this role you will have exceptional customer service experience, preferably within a call centre environment, where you understand the concepts behind the queries and log tickets accordingly.

With a good base of administrative and coordination skills, you’ll ideally bring Payroll knowledge and understanding (an advantage), know your way around a computer and have strong verbal and communication skills. You’ll also bring a friendly and professional approach, willing to contribute to a team culture of service excellence and customer centricity.
