About the role
Our market leading Projects and Real Estate department is looking for an intermediate lawyer to join our Wellington team, led by partners Toni Forrest and Mathew Brown.

This team works on some of the most significant and exciting commercial real estate, construction and infrastructure projects in New Zealand. They advise clients on a broad range of real estate, development and infrastructure projects. Our clients comprise the full spectrum of real estate market participants, including developers, landlords, tenants, investors, iwi groups, central government and local authorities.

We have a friendly and supportive team, and we are after a team player to join us who is conscientious, a quick learner and keen to be part of our successful and growing Wellington practice.

Experience and qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant post-qualification experience
- Great attitude
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Broad experience in real estate transactional work
