**About the roles**

We have 2025 Graduate positions available across our Corporate, and Projects and Real Estate departments within our Auckland office. Below is an overview of each of these departments:

- **Corporate**:Our corporate department advises on a range of matters, including on M&A, takeovers and capital markets transactions, across a broad range of industries and sectors and for a diverse group of local and international clients.
- **Projects and Real Estate**: Our PRE department work on all aspects of projects and real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions and disposals, leasing, projects, developments and finance, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, pure property advisory work, as well as property restructuring and insolvency. Our clients comprise the full spectrum of real estate market participants, including developers, landlords, tenants, investors, iwi groups, central government and local authorities..

We are looking for graduates who are able to start between March - July 2025. We are looking for recent graduates (whether or not they have completed their professional studies course or are currently in the process).
