**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

As a key member of the wider **Accounts Receivable **team, you will gain exposure to various departments across the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Process daily EFT and cash receipts ensuring they are allocated to the correct account and invoices.
- Weekly and Monthly Invoicing runs.
- A backup in the Preparation and processing of monthly Direct Debit run.
- Investigating and following up on the NZ ERUC Direct Debit dishonors.
- Monthly customer spreadsheet requirements.

What will help you succeed in this role:

- 2 - 3 years accounts experience
- Prior experience using SAP preferable.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Keyboard skills, software literacy and numeracy skills
- Team player, facilitating a supportive environment in order for the department to be successful and to meet its targets.
- Able to work with a diverse array of people, challenging in a non-confrontational way and builds successful working relationships (internal and external)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Willingness to take ownership, show initiative, be held accountable and achieve a good outcome for all stakeholders.
- Methodical and disciplined approach to problem solving.
