**About The Role**

The Accounts Receivable is responsible for the account processes that support Primary ITO in meeting its financial requirements. This role manages the debtor management and all financial dealings associated with accounts receivable and invoice processing.

Other duties include:

- Arrange for collecting outstanding debt, including establishing payment plans via direct debit.
- Process daily banking receipts and payments
- Process monthly anniversary invoices and raise other ad-hoc invoices
- Assist with credit card processing and reconciliations where required

This is a permanent full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) and would be based in our Wellington Office located in Te Aro that has hybrid working arrangements to support work-life balance.

**Skills & Experience**

You will ideally:

- Have a good understanding of accounting practices with prior experience working in processing debtors and banking processes
- Have excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
- Have excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills.
- Be IT Savvy, particular Excel, and comfortable learning new systems and processes.
- A high level of attention to detail & accuracy.
