- We are looking for_ Holiday R_etail Assistants (Summer Hosts)_ to support our _Sylvia Park and Botany_ _stores_ _on a_ Fixed Term basis. _Due to start early November_ _until Mid-January 2025, in_ _the lead up to one of the busiest times of the year._

- Day-to-day responsibilities:_
- _ Deliver an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers_
- _ Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence throughout holiday and ability to pivot (or pirouette as we like to say) as required_
- _ Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, fun and efficient way_
- What success looks like in this role:_
- _ Confidently and consistently delivers exceptional experiences for our customers_
- _ Demonstrates strong product knowledge for MECCA’s hero brands and products_
- _ Shows an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement_
- _ Works effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store_

- Need to Know:_
- _ The role of Holiday Retail Assistant (Summer Host) is a fixed term, part-time position due to start from late October 2024 through to mid-January 2025._
