**Produce Manager - Pak’NSave Highland Park**

We’re excited to announce that Pak’nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025 With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community

We’re currently seeking an experienced Produce Manager to join the team. As a department manager, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.

**As Produce Manager you will**:

- Have full ownership of the produce department including buying, price integrity, rostering, food safety, stock management.
- Ensure all produce meets the highest standards, is fresh and displayed attractively for our customers.
- Lead, inspire and train a team of produce assistants.
- Listen to customers to find out what they want and need in one simple shop.
- Search constantly for areas to improve our produce operations, productivity, and efficiency.
- Deliver on financial performance targets including budgets, wage percentages and sales forecasting.

**What we’re looking for**:

- A passion for fresh produce and a good eye for quality and presentation.
- Previous produce experience.
- Can strictly follow our Food Safety and Health and Safety program.
- Strong people leadership skills.
- Is computer literate and keen to learn and use the latest technology.
- Has great people skills and the ability to lead a small team.
- Has proven customer service experience.
- Is reliable, self-motivated and be a good team player.
