**Customer Service Manager - Pak’NSave Highland Park**

We’re currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join the team. As a department manager, you’ll play an integral part in our journey towards a successful store opening and continuously deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our community.

**The Role**:
As a Customer Service Manager, you’ll be part of the frontline team. Here, customers have the most contact with our team and we’re focused on creating an awesome customer experience.
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the checkout department.
- Ensure all customers’ needs are met and they receive the highest quality customer service.
- Complete rosters, conduct performance reviews, and training.
- Setting the standards and ensuring they are met day in and day out.
- Build relationships with the wider team and management to get the absolute best results.
- Ensuring the responsible sale of alcohol.

**What are we looking for**:

- Previous supermarket experience.
- An understanding of managing department financials and budgets.
- SAP experiences desirable.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong leadership skills - experience leading large teams.
- Proven customer service experience.
- Sound computer literacy and keen to learn and use the latest technology.
- Previous duty manager or sole charge experience advantageous.
- LCQ and/or Managers Certificate and experience selling alcohol is advantageous.
