**About the role**

We are looking for an all-round HR generalist for this busy and pivotal role. Reporting to the GM HSE and People and Performance, you will be coaching and supporting our Otahuhu bakery on all things people. As a key part of the Site Leadership Team, you will be a champion in the management of **Employment Relations**, **Talent & Succession, Change Management, Engagement and L&D.** You will be a member of the People and Performance ANZ community and local NZ team.

**About You**

You will be either a HR Advisor looking to step up into a Business Partnering role or a HR Business Partner already, who can incorporate ‘whole of business thinking” into your overall approach. If you love working with great people, are a high performer and are prepared to drive your own career, you have found the right place. You will be comfortable facilitating training, coaching our site leadership teams and have a desire for exceptional delivery and performance to stakeholders. You will be based at our Otahuhu Bakery most of the time, with monthly visits to our Christchurch Bakery and sometimes at our Ellerslie HO.
- Tertiary qualification in HR and/or Business is desirable
- Experience in Operations and/or Manufacturing is desirable
- Experience with building union relationships is desirable
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
