ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER - RICCARTON, CHRISTCHURCH

We are looking to recruit the very best people to join our Johnny Bigg family

As an Assistant Store Manager with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

The Assistant Store Manager will take ownership and effectively co-manage the store in order to achieve:

- Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
- Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Responsibility for your teams recruitment, development and performance
- Visual merchandising in your store
- Stock management
- Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store

This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will also provide leadership to your team at all times.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous customer service role and be able and willing to work both weekend days.
