We are a family-owned NZ fashion shoe retailer with five women’s boutique retail stores across NZ. We have been in Christchurch for 4 years now and we are expanding and opening a new Mikko Men’s Store.
We are looking for an energetic assistant store manager to support the store manager.
We are looking for a passionate, flexible, motivated and positive person to join our dynamic team to lead, train, motivate our Christchurch retail team.
This is a full-time position based in our Christchurch store on Victoria Street.
Scope of job includes retail team management, motivation, training and support.
You are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
In addition to a love for fashion and quality shoes, the ideal addition to our team will;
- Have a positive, motivated and mature attitude
- Have previous retail experience
- Have fantastic communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Have the ability to build great rapport with different personality types as a role model and coach
- Be a team player who can show initiative and be passionate about quality shoes
- Maintain a positive attitude and be passionate about customer service
- Be customer experience driven to achieve sales targets
- Have good work ethic and the ability to go the extra mile
- Have strong written and computer skills
- Be a creative thinker with an eye for detail with the ability to adapt with a growing brand
- Have a keen eye for style and fashion
- Maintain high personal presentation standards
- Assist and support the store manager
This is a role within a growing business which will offer opportunity for personal growth and career development.
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
