**A&H PARTNERS LIMITED** is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual for the role of **Assistant Manager**. - Assist with staff training and supervision, ensuring team members are well-versed in sales procedures and comprehensively understand the products they offer.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff and customers to maintain superior customer service standards.
- Proactively address customer concerns and resolve issues related to products or services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to maintain adequate stock.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and managing financial transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments.
- Take charge of store profitability by working towards meeting sales targets and optimizing revenue.
- Independently manage store operations without senior management, ensuring smooth running and procedure adherence.
- Oversee the opening and closing of the store, ensuring all operational tasks are completed.
- Balance and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift.
- Provide customer service by assisting shoppers and advising them on product usage.
- Verify incoming goods, ensuring accurate processing and prompt handover to the retail team for merchandising within 24 hours.
- Implement systems to evaluate suppliers and assist in the stock ordering process.
- Assess material handling requirements and coordinate staffing to manage loading, unloading, and storage tasks.
- Participate in business planning discussions and management meetings to provide insights and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Direct and coordinate the work of supervisors and other team members, while guiding staff training as needed.
- Identify and promote opportunities to recycle or repurpose materials, aiming to reduce waste and optimize resource use.

**Work Hours and Benefits**
- Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Paid between $28 to $32 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
